1) How do I create my account ?
  • At the top of any Withdoll.com page, select the "Register" link.
  • Enter your email address, your ID, a password, and your name.
  • Your registered user ID can be up to 12 characters. Please use only letters and numbers.
2) If your registration attempt is failing, You can try another below.
It is most likely because you tried to register with a duplicate ID, a duplicate E-mail address, or an invalid E-mail. You can try "Forgot Password".
Account Settings
1) How do I change my password ?
Sign in to your account and enter your desired changes, then click the "Submit" button. Changes take effect immediately.
2) How do I change my ID ?

    Step 1 : In detailed product page, click Add to Cart to place the item in Shopping Cart.
    • All Prices are in US dollars.
    • Add to Cart : Place item in Shopping cart. .
    • Wish List : Place item in personal storage box to order it some other time.
    • Mail to Friend : Email your friend about the item.
    Step 2 : Click Check Out in Shopping Cart page to go to purchase screen.
    • Continue shopping : Click to continue your shopping.
    • Check Out : Proceed to payment. Select shipping company in Step 1 (currently only EMS is available) before clicking Chek Out, then select area of shipping in Step 2 to have shipping fee calculated.
    • Re Calculate : Calculation is done again when QTY has been changed.
    • Remove all : All items in Shopping Cart are removed. To delete individual items, click Remove button on the far right hand side of the item.
    Step 3 : Click Check Out in Shopping Cart page to go to purchase screen.
    • Please log in if you are registered member.
    • If you are a registered member, you only have to provide Delivery Information.
    • If you wish to purchase as non member, click New Customer button.
    Step 4 : Selecting shipping address and payment method.
    • Enter New Customer information and Delivery Information if you are a non member.
    • If you are a registered member, you only have to provide Delivery Information.
    • Lastly, select Payment Choice. Currently only Email Invoice Payment (Credit card) is available as selective option. Select this option but write on Customer Request section if you wish to pay using Paypal. Refer to Payment Guide for more information about payment.
    Step 5 : Order Information will come up after clicking Check Out in Step 4, and an email with the information will be sent to you.
    • Enter New Customer information and Delivery Information if you are a non member.
    • If you are a registered member, you only have to provide Delivery Information.
    • Lastly, select Payment Choice. Currently only Email Invoice Payment (Credit card) is available as selective option. Select this option but write on Customer Request section if you wish to pay using Paypal. Refer to Payment Guide for more information about payment.
    Step 6 : Payment invoice will be sent to your email address in two working days.
    • Email invoice for either Eximbay (Credit Card) payment or Paypal payment will be sent to your email address in two working days.
    • Certain email providers (especially AOL) automatically blocks & returns emails from FairyLand and we may require alternative email address from you. Check all your email folders including spam mail and trash can, and contact us if you still did not receive one.
    • Non IE browsers such as Firefox are reported to have problems with Eximbay payment. Please use Internet Explorer while making payment with Eximbay. You will also need to allow pop-ups.
    Step 7 : Payment will be confirmed within 2 working days, and preparation for shipping will start.

    Estimated Delivery Time
    • Estimated delivery time includes time taken to process all the items on your order as well as the actual delivery timeframe.
    • Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.
    • Actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on public holiday etc of different regions and nations.
    • If more than one item is ordered, processing time for the order is determined by the item that takes the longest to be processed.
    • On most Resin related products such as Doll, Parts, and ETC, It usually take about 56 - 84 days to ship.
    • Non-Resin related products such as Wigs, Outfits, Eyes and ETC, It usually take about 3-5 days to ship.
    Selecting shipping method and region
    • Only EMS (or EMS premium in some countries) is available as shipping method. It is safe and inexpensive way of shipping compared to other shipping methods.
    • Shipping fee depends on the Zone of the destination, and is charged per order placed in.
    • In Step 1 [Select Shipping Company], select EMS on the bottom of Shopping Cart page.
    • In Step 2 [Select Zone], select the Zone in which your country is located in. Shipping price will be automatically calculated.
    • Angelheim office is situated in Korea, and the 4 Zones are set according to the EMS policy. The list may change as it is subjected to EMS shipping policy.
    • If your country is not listed in one of the four zones, it means that the shipping is not possible by EMS. Please contact the administrator for inquiries. Note: alternative shipping method (eg. EMS Premium) is used which costs more than EMS.
    Customs and Duties
    • Withdoll is not responsible for customs and duty of different countries. In some cases items must be declared, and depending on the country customs duties may need to be paid. Please find out about customs and duty of your country beforehand, and if you have any requests, do notify us when you place your order in.
